Dr. Logan Spacek offers in person, mobile, and virtual physical therapy visits in Waxahachie, TX and the nearby Ellis County areas. Pelvic physical therapy helps moms heal from low back/hip/pelvic pain, abdominal pain, diastasis recti, pain with sex, post-C section recovery, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Pelvic physical therapy also helps moms experience pregnancy more comfortably and prep for labor and birth.
Dr. Logan also provides programs and coaching to help moms prepare for postpartum and prevent postpartum anxiety and depression. Dr. Logan had her own postpartum health issues and felt called to provide holistic care for the pregnant and postpartum population after her personal experience. Dr. Logan is the author of "Reclaiming Motherhood" and takes moms through her Thriving Postpartum and Postpartum Recovery Program individually and in groups.
Logan is trained through Postpartum Support International, Institute for Birth Healing, Herman & Wallace, and is a prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise specialist.
